i-Catcher Portsmouth Live i-Catcher images An i-Catcher Console system has been installed in the Portsmouth home of one of our developers. This system uses 3 inputs on a Euresys Junior 4 card and i-Catcher Console to monitor and record 24 hours a day. The 3 cameras are as follows: LizardCam This is a similar camera to RoomCam above, with the added feature of being submersible. The camera has been placed in the vivarium of a Green Water Dragon (Physignathus Coccinus) that lives downstairs. Bird Box This is a mini Infra-Red camera inside a bird box mounted on the outside wall of the house. The box has already had one nest of blue tits since it has been monitored. The cameras are connected using 16m power and video extension cables. All cameras are available on our CCTV shop. * The Day/Night camera in use is an earlier model of day/night camera than those currently available on the the CCTV shop. The newer models have a higher resolution, and better light level compensation. Please see the "view this camera live" links on the CCTV shop to see a demonstration of the cameras available. Note: The links above point to an i-Catcher System running on a home internet connection. As broadband internet technology is not 100% guaranteed, there may be times when the system is unreachable due to problems with the ISP. If you get time-out, or "connection refused" errors, please try again later. |
