AxxessID Access Control Hardware Configuration

There are a number of different hardware configurations for AxxessID products, depending on your individual requirements. Typical solutions are shown below.

If you have one door, that you want access control one way with a push button to exit, you'll require the followng:

• 1x AX200 1 Door Kit with either Magnetic Readers or Proximity Readers
• 1x Push-to-Exit Button
• 1x 12V 1.2A Power Supply

You will also need either a Magnetic Lock for fitting above the door, or a Strike Lock, which fits inside the door frame. If you opt for the magnetic lock, you will also require the Z/L Bracket for mounting.

If you have one door and you want access control in both directions, you'll require the AX200 2 Door Kit instead of the AX200 1 Door Kit plus the equipment above. You'll also need a Break Glass to Exit box for health and safety reasons.

If you have two doors, that you want access control one way with push buttons to exit, you'll need the following:

• 1x AX200 1 Door Kit with either Magnetic Readers or Proximity Readers
• 2x Push-to-Exit Buttons
• 1x 12V 1.2A Power Supply

You will also need either two Magnetic Locks for fitting above the door, or two Strike Locks which fit inside the door frames. If you opt for the magnetic locks you will also require two Z/L brackets for mounting.

If you have two doors and you want access control in both directions, you will require two AX200 2 Door Kits instead of one, plus the equipment above.

You'll also need two Break Glass to Exit boxes for health and safety reasons. Each AX200 kit is supplied with either 10 proximity fobs or 10 swipe cards.

You may require additional fobs/swipe cards. Also available is a battery backup that fits inside the power supply, allowing access during brief power cuts.
