Welcome to the Support area for the iCatcher range of products. Before you email us with a support question please have a look at the Frequently Asked Questions page where many support issues can be resolved. We also have a list of HowTos which is being added to constantly. They detail some of the more common procedures associated with webcams and digital CCTV.
If you are contacting us for support with iCatcher Console 4.0 or later, please ensure you send the Server Report along with your enquiry. The Server Report can be accessed via the "Support" button on the main iCatcher Console menu bar.
Older versions of the iCatcher software are available in the legacy download section.
Please note: When upgrading to a newer version of the software, ensure you have exported the settings and have a key for that version, else it will run in trial mode. Once upgraded, the settings files may not be supported in the original version.
You will require a registration key to use these programs to their full capability. You can obtain a trial registration key, or purchase a full registration key by following the links on the product pages. Click on the product logo for more information on each product.
If you are upgrading from version 2.2 or later of Console, Sentry or Wildlife, there is no need to uninstall the existing version as upgrades are handled seamlessly, If you are upgrading from 2.1 or earlier then please ensure you uninstall the existing version before you install the new version. Unless you specify to remove configuration details and/or recorded image history, the uninstall will leave your recorded images, feed settings, and registration information intact.
