Support Contracts are available to meet the needs of your business. With guaranteed response times, experienced engineers who are familiar with your systems, and contracts tailored to fit in with any existing IT provision, you can be sure that you will receive the support you need, when you need it. There are no retainers, so you only pay for the service you use.

 Some typical Contract scenarios are outlined below

  • Small/Medium Company - No Internal IT Department

We can act as a full out-sourced IT Department, handling all your IT needs from day-to-day support to system upgrades and maintenance. If required, we can enable a member your staff to handle most day-to-day support needs, reducing your costs whilst still ensuring you have access to knowledgeable and experienced Engineers when you need it.

  • Medium/Large Company - Internal IT Department

Where you already have an IT Department we can assist with large software/hardware rollouts, providing extra staff during periods of high demand or staff shortages. We can also offer on-call software/hardware support for those situations where your IT staff require assistance, and out-of-hours emergency response for critical systems such as file and mail servers and network equipment.

For general support, we assign you a named Engineer who will be your main point of contact and who will meet most of your support requirements, enabling you to benefit from an Engineer who is familiar with your systems. For more specialist support requirements, your Engineer may call in a specialist colleague.
