i-Catcher Software Annual Support & Maintenance Agreements

i-Catcher software is available from our web site or though our network of dealers and distributors. Irrespective of where you purchase your software you can enjoy the enhanced technical support offered by a “Product maintenance Agreement” (PMA), where you can talk directly to the developers of the application, if required, and enjoy free major & minor updates.

Standard Support (No PMA)
If you buy an i-Catcher product and choose not to take out a support agreement, then your product will still be supported, but all communication is via email. All support communications MUST start with a support email sent directly from the i-Catcher Console support menu. This email will include information about your i-catcher installation and is an essential first step. We will then communicate with you to resolve your issue (there is no guaranteed response time).

Minor software upgrades are still free to all users although major software upgrades are chargeable if you do not have a PMA for your software.

Premium Support (With valid PMA)
An i-Catcher product maintenance agreement entitles you to free minor and major upgrades to the software, you will be notified via email of any relevant downloads.

Should you require support on your software then you also have access to premium telephone support. We will endeavour to respond any support requests within a 4 hour period (based on our working hours 8:30 ~ 17:30 BST)

As well as the free upgrades and premium support PMA holders are entitled to a 25% discount on all training costs.

Should you have multiple i-Catcher servers you must have a valid PMA for each i-Catcher server for premium support. 

How Much Does a PMA Cost ?
There are 2 tiers of product maintenance agreement:

Tier1 - 7 cameras and below, SRP(£79.95 - $129.95).
Tier2 – 8 cameras and above, SRP(£129.95 - $209.95).

PMAs are associated to the registration key of the software you require supporting. If you use multiple copies of i-Catcher software then you will need a separate support contract on each copy.

How do I buy a PMA ?
When you purchase your i-Catcher software you can purchase a PMA. When you PMA is about to expire we will send a reminder to you, the agreement can then be renewed by contacting our sales department.
