Configuring PTZ – Pan, Tilt and ZoomIf the camera you are using is capable of Pan, Tilt and Zoom ( PTZ ) then you can configure this under this tab. Select Enable PTZ Control and select the appropriate driver for your model of camera In Address, enter the IP address of your camera. If the camera requires a username and password this should be entered in the format username:password@aa.bb.cc.dd Configuring TrackingUsing PTZ, iCatcher Console can control the camera to automatically track and follow movement in the image. Enable Track motion with the PTZ camera to allow this. Enabling Move PTZ camera… will allow you to click on the image and the camera will move to focus on that point. Automatically cycle between presets will cycle between the cameras preset positions. The Settle option will ignore motion for a number of frames after the camera has moved to ensure that the image is steady again and suitable for analyzing. |
