This switched-mode power supply can power up to 4 or 8 cameras with a total current draw of 5 amps. The power supply itself is terminated with a single 2.1mm plug, and a splitter cable for 4 or 8 output is provided. Mains connection is by standard IEC cable, of which a UK lead is provided. This power supply is also suitable for powering other devices that accept the standard 12V 2.1mm tip-positive connection, including most IR illuminators.
Imporant: When using this power supply, please check the current ratings of the cameras you intend to use to ensure the total current consumption does not exceed 5A. When measuring current drain, note that day/night cameras consume more current with the IR LEDs switched on.
