our office console installation i-Catcher Console - PC CCTV - Bird Table 5 Details
The i-Catcher bird table 2 shots come from a camera located in the main
office. The camera is a high definition day/night camera, connected to the
office Console system.
Some birds are too nervous to visit this table as it is located close to the office, but we enjoy regular visits from braver birds. In the picture on the right two types of camera are shown. This was because we were running a comparison of image quality, and the cheaper camera, on the left, consistently out-performed the more expensive camera. During our testing we have found that this is true of many devices currently being sold in the security marketplace, so be wary. If possible see if you can try a range of different cameras in each of your locations. Some cameras can handle sunlight a lot better than others, and a black and white camera is preferred for low light conditions. Since this picture was taken, cameras have moved around, and taken on new roles. The two seen in this picture are still in use in the office, but in different locations. The left-hand camera has since been retired, and the right-hand one is operating Car Park 2. |
