Welcome to the Support area for the i-Catcher range of products. Before you email us with a support question please have a look at the Frequently Asked Questions page where many support issues can be resolved. We also have a list of HowTos which is being added to constantly. They detail some of the more common procedures associated with webcams and digital CCTV. Older versions of the i-Catcher software are available in the legacy download section. Current Versions Note: Users of i-Catcher Console 1 or 2 should not upgrade to i-Catcher Console 3.0 without backing up your i-Catcher Console installation folder (except for the History folder) or until a valid full registration key has been acquired. The installation of Console 3.0 will upgrade your settings files, which are not compatible with version 2 or earlier. The re-installation of Console version 2 will reset your settings to default.
You will require a registration key to use these programs to their full capability (with the exception of i-Catcher Alert). You can obtain a trial registration key, or purchase a full registration key by following the links on the product pages. Click on the product logo for more information on each product. Upgrades If you are upgrading from version 2.2 or later of Console, Sentry or Wildlife, there is no need to uninstall the existing version as upgrades are handled seamlessly, If you are upgrading from 2.1 or earlier then please ensure you uninstall the existing version before you install the new version. Unless you specify to remove configuration details and/or recorded image history, the uninstall will leave your recorded images, feed settings, and registration information intact. Please note that at this time, i-Catcher Monitor does not have online documentation. This will be available online in the future, however full documentation is provided with the installed product. |
