Fully compatible with iCatcher Console 5.1, the RS232 Temperature Sensor is a simple thermometer with a RS232 interface.
The thermometer uses the RS232 interface for communication and does not require an additional power source. It measures temperatures from –55 °C to +125 °C. Temperature values are transmitted in degrees Celsius and can be stamped on CCTV images within iCatcher Console. iCatcher can also plot temperature on graphs for quick review. Perfect where temperature values are required to be stored in association with CCTV footage, such as server rooms, food retailers or restaurants.
The thermometer can be used in various situations requiring temperature measurements within the range from –55 °C to +125 °C with a 0.1 °C resolution. The temperature sensor's cable is 3m long.
